Sylvia is a grenade that gets lobbed into the mid-life marriage of Greg and Kate, opening up a whole lot of questions about love, relationships and life in general.

We hope you will join us for an evening of laughter and entertainment. Be advised this play contains some adult language.

February Food 2 B Fit

February was chocolate month at Panorama and last month’s Food 2 B Fit was no exception. The featured food was a surprising combination of chocolate and chili.

Residents in attendance learned that eating chili peppers releases “feel good” endorphins and that dark chocolate contains serotonin, which acts as an anti-depressant.
